I'll update everything tomorrow when I have a few more minutes, but here is the WOD for tomorrow, courtesy of the guys over at NavySeals.com.

fortunately, i don't leave for beach camping until tuesday, so i'll be able to do this bad boy!
it's good to finally see atmosphere get some air time. this dude has some really good songs.
did you guys hear him shout out boise? werd
did the main site wod this morning with sam, josh and a new fella named chris. thats 4 guys now. i finished the main site wod in 25:20. it's a great one, you all should try it sometime.
i'll try the one posted here today at lunch.
Max Loads:
Press: 115
Push Press: 155 (only 1x, though). Failed on successive attempts to get it done 4x.
Jerk: 185
Groover,
how did you score so low on your regular press? i thought you could do at least 135
I maxed out at 155 on the last CFT. Since the WOD prescribed a jump from 115 to 155, I failed on the 155 3x before moving on to the push press.
It sucked, I know.
But, if you think about it, for the 1 rep max you only have 2 presses before you max out, so you're not as fatigued.
For this one, I had:
5 press + 4 push press + 3 jerks @ 45lbs.
5 press + 4 push press + 3 jerks @ 65lbs
5 press + 4 push press + 3 jerks @ 95lbs
5 press + 4 push press + 3 jerks @ 115lbs
So, essentially, I had 48 presses of some sort b4 trying 1 effort at 155lbs.
0 press @ 155lbs + 5 push press + 5 push jerks @ 155lbs.
(My original post showed me only getting the push press 1x at 155, but that's a typo. I cleared that one, albeit not as easy as I would have liked, then failed miserably at 185. Didn't even come close to getting 1x w/ the push press @ 185)
All of that before attempting one press at 155lbs. It was tougher than I thought it was going to be.
This WOD actually looks like one of those deceivingly tough WODs:
5x5x5x5x5
4x4x4x4x4
3x3x3x3x3
In the end, though, it's all an excuse. I failed.
Not sure why, but for some reason I thought the weight jumped from 115 to 155 in this WOD. Didn't make sense when I was doing it either...now I know why. I'm the dunce that skipped it.
On a positive not, Sophie did 3 of her own pull-ups this morning (not in a row, but 3 nonetheless). I held her waist to comfort her, but she did all three by herself. Little TomTom even did one...I helped a little more on that one, but I was surprised how well they both did.
All that monkeying around on the rings in the garage s paying off.
i love watching the kiddies monkey around, they are amazing little people when given real equipment to play on.
can you believe how much grip strength they have for their age? they can hang easily with one hand. i've tried and i can't hang very long at all.
press max was 135
push press max was 155
jerk max was 155
my sets went as follows:
5 press + 4 push press + 3 jerks @45lbs
5 press + 4 push press + 3 jerks @65 lbs
5 press + 4 push press + 3 jerks @ 95 lbs
5 press + 4 push press + 3 jerks @ 115 lbs
5 press + 4 push press + 3 jerks @135 lbs
0 press + 2 push press + 3 jerks @ 155 lbs
0 for all at 185 lbs.
the jump from 155 to 185 was huge, i attempted the jerk but wouldn't budge. the wod is decieving, because the reps are small but by the time you hit 115 it starts to really tax you. my last total was 155 at the press, but i felt really weak by the time i got to 155.
i also got 15 ring dips from saturday and 15 for today.
i warmed up/cooled down with 3 x 15 box jumps ranging from 18" to 30" + 3 x 5 OH squats maxing at 85 lbs
well done berbie!
jake 30 ring dips
jake: press 115, push press 155, push jerk 135.
that's right, i couldn't figure out the push jerk
sam: press 135, push press 155, push jerk 205
the guy is a behemoth. he had 205 easy too.
