sam topped out at 20:00, he finished 6-9-15-21, he made it over the top of the mountain and ran out of time
finished up to the 21 reps at 10:32and hit the "wall", laid out on my sidewalk and then puked my guts up! haha oh man i was trashed.
u were flying on the time. i remember i didn't hit 21 reps until 20 minutes in and then i was so fried by then i limped to the finish line. you were almost done!!! and your time was fantastic.
thanks. my bpm's weren't going down and man i yaked wicked hard. lol
then again, my diet was pretty bad:
1. bacon cheeseburger
2. large tub of popcorn, butter and tons of salt. two diet cokes and a twix
3. french bread pizza
yeah i kind of killed myself that day. hehe
