Friday WOD 08.08.08

"Griff"

For time:
Run 800 meters
Run 400 meters backwards
Run 800 meters
Run 400 meters backwards

i haven't done this wod yet and i think its a good compliment to what we've done this week thus far.

this is one of my favorite hip hop groups, "Jurassic 5". let me know what you guys think.

Don't know if I'll get this WOD in today. It's been raining here since last night around 10pm non-stop.

Re: Jurassic 5 - not bad. I'm gonna create a Unibomber WOD next week...and it'll be ya'lls job to set the world on fire. MUAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

Berb/Homer, do you guys want another week where you prescribe the WODs??

Homer, I thought you were supposed to be a go this week? Where you been?

Naylor...it's your job to keep me in tune with new music. I say you keep up the music theme when you're putting up your WODs. It's nice to hear some new music and get some new ideas of what to listen to in the old garage.

what kind of disco ball did you set up in your man-cave? i-pod type or is it something like satelite radio?

i'm leaning toward getting satelite radio.......i get tired of the same old ipod stuff...

i will do the griff tomorrow. i don't want a week right away. i am way too busy at work right now. give me a few weeks and i'll take another stab at it.
