I changed the title because I realized that I would be causing B A to cuss in his head again. The title "naylors alley" is because this is one of these wods that is easy for him and is completely hard for the rest of us, me especially.
This kind of heat is what my legs and back feel like after completion of this wod.

Have you ever noticed that you never use capital letters? I need a handwriting analysis done on you to see what that says about your personality.
P.S. Is there anyway you can post the WOD the night before, preferably before midnight EST? This posting at 8:01 (not sure if it's EST or CST) pretty much assures that I can't do it until late, late tonight.
Did you know you have the capability of scheduling your posts (i.e., you could load them all up on the site and then actually schedule the time when you want them posted (you can select the date and time (HH:MM))).

josh is doing it at 190, he weighs 170 but my bar is set up at 190 so he does that weight.

i almost dnf'd this one after the first round...
so i went down to 135 and cranked the ac/dc and finished.

Meal after: 2 frozen bananas, 3 raw eggs, 1 C whole yogurt and 1 C raw milk; blended into a smoothie.
