Friday's WOD "We Are Brutha's"

After snatch routine do a tabata of your choice. Choose pushup, situp, squat, pullup, swing, running or any other movement you think that you need work on. I will be doing a squat tabata as my legs need major work. Post what tabata was performed as well as the reps per set.

Sam/Chris worked on hang power snatches starting at 45# and workign up to 105#

Jake/Josh practiced full snatches.
45-65-75-85-85-85-90
Josh did better than me as all his snatches were picture perfect. I started missing them at 85#, but I completed at least one solid at each weight.

Tabata:
Josh/Bench @ 65#: 100 reps

Sam/air squats: 170 reps, his low round was 20.

Chris/pullups: 51 reps

Jake/40lb weighted squats: 100 reps. About half of them were jumping squats, but I couldn't maintain it throughout.

Snatch: 45 / 65 / 85 / 95 / 105 / 115

Tabata: Nothing...didn't realize it was a part of the WOD. Will do it later.

snatch: 45/65/85/95/95

Tabata: Run. Did it at 6.0 speed. I got to build my legs back up.
