post wod i did 5x5x5x5x5 oh squat routine.
75x5
95x5
115x5
125x5
135x: failed on the first attempt,4 consecutive, failed on the 5th attempt, 2 consecutive.

i think i have very poor shoulder flexibility, i really need to work on that. it felt good to be able to do these again. i'm convinced that the OHS will be part of the games this coming year. it has to be, there is no other movement that's symbolic of crossfit like the OHS and by some freak of nature it hasn't been included in the games yet. i think we could see a 135lb ohs wod just to weed out the weenies that can only do 95#.
