I just did a bruising DL WOD on Saturday (5x7 @ 265lbs average) and am still recovering...you swollen udder.
yeah my back is pretty tight today from those kb swings. hopefully, by wednesday i can put up some heavy weights.
it is what it is. re-read ronnie coleman's quote. go light if you need to, just work on 3 solid consecutive reps without setting the weight down or re-setting.
even with the symbols I still say the swear word in my head...
