did you see the mainsite wod posted for wednesday?read through the comments section and read a little bit about what happened to the guy.
i love how crossfit names their wods after a hero. even if they put burpees with it.
we did ryan this morning. there was much weeping, wailing and gnashing of teeth. we scaled it for the crew to be like this: 14 pullups, 14 dips and 21 burpees.

they did not like this wod at all. it was the first time doing burpees and it didn't go over well.
the ant did ryan as rx'd in 22:38. the muscle ups were terribly hard following up the burpees. i didn't know what i got myself into.
i will do the posted wod at lunch time as it's raining here and i can't chop wood out in the rain.
I read a couple of posts about how people were praying for the "sniper" and that he would "mend his ways and come to the Lord."
I won't be doing that...
