nice work jake!

last night i did the 100 knees to elbows.

i broke it down in 10 rounds of 10. the first 50 i would bring my feet up past the bar and tap the ceiling. i would also do 4 wipers on the first rep of each round.

the last 50 were real tough! i would under hand grip, keeping my head at the bar, making my arms at a 90 degree angle. i would then bring my knees up to my elbows, never letting my forehead below the bar through all 10 reps.

you guys should try it!

warm up: tabata on treadmill at 6.8

wod: 6:18

i don't have a pull up bar at the office gym so i did equal amounts of tuck jumps over a bench.

i'll have to do the pullup ladder at home tonight.

from yesterdays wod, i feel like my shoes are infused with 20 lbs of concrete. my quads are really feeling it.

Berb way to go. Those 200 squats from yesterday got you eh?

Naylor, my stomach is still sore from the knees to elbows and that was last thursday. Just today I can flex my stomach w/o great soreness. Next time we do 100 k2e for time we should do the Naylor-Souped Up version. Holding yourself up like that is a grip battle all by itself.

Did a somewhat modified WU, since I did the Push/Squat/Sit WOD preceding this one.

I did a total of 50 K2E (the last couple touching the ceiling with my toes).

Ladder 1 (pull-ups + 44lbs): 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 = 21

Ladder 2 (bench @ 205): 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 = 21

i did a modified version of "Marvin" last night.

i did

back squat 185lbs x 60
ring push ups x 60

i forgot to time it. i originally wanted to do 100 each, but man i got too tired. LOL
