Round 1: DL @ 275lbs
Round 2, 3 and 4: DL @ 255lbs
Round 5: DL @ 275lbs
Total time: 9:17 (incl. the time it took to change the weights. 275 was tough to do 7x, but I should have kept with it for all 5 rounds).
Total DL movements were at 76.2% of my 1RM of 345lbs from 09/11/2008. I was aiming for 75%...so that worked out at least.
good job chunky, you had some turbo fuel in your tank.
berb and i had some problems today but we did accomplish the following:
deadlift routine:
berb 5x3 of 275# deadlift
jake 5x2 of 275# deadlift
berb was moving it like it was a feather, he saw how much i was struggling and i think he only did 3 reps so that he wouldn't make me feel bad. kind man that he is.
