i feel very lethargic, either from mowing 6' of brush 2 acres long or from that pumpkin pie from last night.
good wod though...its good to keep my body guessing by doing different wod's like this one. my wrists and lower arms are sure feeling this one.

i did the first set of presses consecutive. the 2nd, 3rd, 4th were done 6,5,5,5. the 5th set was done 7,7,7. if we had done this wod as prescribed from crossfit main site sunday's wod, doing back extensions instead of swings, our shoulders would have gotten much more rest. as prescribed here, the shoulders never really got a break. the shoulders are used just enough in the swing to keep the burn throughout the whole wod.
and yes berb, i am still lethargic from mowing 4 acres of brush from saturday. i was telling tania that i felt like i had run a marathon. that same tired, lethargic, worn out feeling that we were so accustomed to was felt all through the evening and all day on sunday.
what's up guys? friday and saturday were odd days...ended up playing 2 hours of football on saturday and i'm still messed up. LOL
i will be doing this sucker tonight. i'm going out this thursday to see Homer and watch Boise kick some hawaiian butt!
we may even sneek in a little game of football this saturday!

make sure that when you're play ing football with homer that you tackle him a couple of times for me.

i had the 1st round done at 1:11 and i was done with the second round by 2:45.
the kb swings are what killed me!
I did 3 rounds in 5:40, then had to intervene in a sibling battle. The last 2 rounds were untimed.
I did the first round in 1:19, second round in 2:11 and the 3rd round in 2:10.

i totally screwed up on this one, it was supposed to be a 7 rounder.
ah well. with the added difficulty of the swings, there is no problem.

yes, no kidding, the swings definitely make this wod a bruiser, it would have been much easier with back extensions instead.
