This is the Funkmaster. It's a version of the 3 bars of death.

135# Push Press
Bodyweight + 25# Bench Press
1.5 x Bodyweight Deadlift

For Time Baby!!!!!!

The bench was the killer, I had visions of the weight dropping right on my neck. My arms are shaking uncontrollably. Deadlifts were all unbroken sets.

With the 55 bench press I think that gives me 243 for the month.

I'm doing this one Monday...I've been stuck with a couple of sick kids who were throwing up all day yesterday and Friday night.

Haven't been able to do anything since...but will do a modified version Monday (modified bc I only have 2 bars).

Trust me on this one. It's very ugly. Very ruthless and very mean. I would not hold it against anyone for not trying. Although part of me wants to see how you handle it.

I'll be doing this one tonight. i may go a little light on the deadlift, we'll see.

i remember one night doing linda and then immediately playing an hour of bball afterwards. dude, i could barely shoot the ball, it was hilarious!

I modified since i don't have 3 bars...

I did the bench, 1-armed DLs @ 115lbs and 70lb KB swings.

I only did 10-9-8-7-6 (40 reps total) in 26:XX and had to go to work.

Will finish the rest (5-4-3-2-1) tonight.
