put me down for 30 kb presses.
6 were with 70lber and 24 were with 53lber. sorry folks, but i think most of mine will be with a 53lber and a 62lber. my form is unimaginably horrible with the big boy.

the kb's may cause a penalty. i have 1x70#, 1x62#, 2x53#, 2x30#. we mixed and matched.
tommy, you're a tank for doing 2 heavy ones. i only had 2 heavy ones for one 200m stretch, the 62# & 53# and it was rugged. i had the 70# and the 30# for a bit and it was much easier.
people order scrambled eggs, i don't know what they're doing.
how do you like your eggs? um..ruined.
i like to boil mine for 5 to 10.
yeah that's a good recipe for an easter egg.
Cookie, what do you know about eggs? You're the Cookie Monster, nothing more, nothing less...
I like my cookies with milk, thanks.
PS - I'm starting to enjoy these farmer walks. I get some interesting looks from my queer eyed neighbors, but there's some joy in lugging heavy lugnuts down the street.
PSS - Jake, I think you'll get a penalty if only because you did the light one first...your 1st 400 was 4:22, then 4:38 for the second...but even so, you still beat me by 0:03 ...
put me down for another 30 presses.
i'm going to shoot for 3:30 on the farmer walks tonight. oh and my legs are friggin sore from that Pindy! good wod man!
Pindy = P(ainful) + indy (Cindy).
My legs were sore through yesterday (Sat + Sun + Mon + Tue) from the combo of Pindy + Frausto. Today is the first day that they've felt somewhat better.
so unless naylor goes naylor, sam will have the victory due to his farmer walkability. sam was just a tank on those farmer walks. i think if he was challenged on this he could have done better, he waited at the halfway point for me on the last one and still whooped me.
the farmer walks killed chris. his grip and forearms were toasted, he could barely open or close his hands when he finished. then he laid flat on his back for about 10 minutes and did not move. we had a couple of joggers pass us while we were carrying these beauties, i don't know what they were thinking but they looked at us like we were nuts.
dude, "i've got more YELLOW dunking than the houston rockets!" *pic of Yao Ming* oh crap that was funny
alright man, Sam's got me all pumped now. i just saw that he did his last round in 3:55, that's got me nervous!
i wish you were here to push sam in strength based wods. it seems like this dude has infinite strength.
i know that video was unbelievably funny. funny thing is that that is exactly how i like my eggs.
as i get closer to trying this wod the less confident i am. LOL pindy is kicking my butt and i'm now regretting doing that extra farmer walk! haha
800 - 3:42
400FW - 3:13
800 - 3:49
400FW - 3:18
Total: 12:03 (i think i added that right)
i did better than i thought i would. i think it helped to have already done the farmer walk a couple of days ago. my mind was already prepared for how to handle the pace.
when i put the KBs down, stopped the clock and saw my time i actually yelled! LOL man, i was stoked. tell sam thanks for getting me amp'd up for this bad boy.
Beastly effort, Naylor. Your adding skills need a little work, but a 3:13 and 3:18 400FW is quite an effort!!
Total time: 14:02 (but still almost 2 full minutes better than 2nd place).
Well done Animal...well done.
LOL doh! thanks! i could barely type last night.
yes animal, once again you make us dream of possesing such strength!
