Today is NayNay's last day...
...if there are no objections, we're going to go through the next 2 weeks following WODs from the main site. I'll probably go over things posted from the last month or less, unless there are objections.
There are a few I'm looking forward to doing (like the Chief and the virtual shoveling one, among others).
shoot...i ended up playing football in the morning. i guess today can be a whatever you want to do day! LOL
we had record snowfall last winter. i get enough real shoveling every winter. last winter we had twice as much as normal and most snow since they have recorded snowfall. and no snow blower. don't want one either.
today, did a tabata on a treadmill. i used to be able to do 12% incline @ 10 mph. today i did 7% incline and 9.5 mph. and it killed me.
i did saturdays wod from the navy seals site. it was a 21-15-9 of kb swings w/ 400 m run after each set, followed by an easy 3 mile run. i did this at night. i did the kb swings/400 m run in 10:42.
