modified for a group wod this morning. we had 2 teams of 3 people.
we did:
-1200 meter run
-300 swings
-300 pushups
the only rule was that only one teammate could perform the exercise at a time.
the winning team finished in just under 15 minutes.
36 kb presses from last week.
I only have a 53 lber, so I will adjust my weight accordingly to meet the weight required.
sorry guys, i'll do friday's wod tonight. Friday and Saturday night i did a couple different WOD's that i've been wanting to try out.
also, i forgot to update my dips last month, but ended at 550.
count me for 75 KB presses too!

this was my first wod in 3 weeks. pretty nice sabbatical. i was so sore yesterday and still a little sore today from going low on the ring push ups.
