both untimed, generous rests in between sets.

Untimed. Took 30+ minutes...listened to an entire Joseph Fielding Smith talk during. All sets unbroken. Should have gone heavier on the DL (255# would have worked me a lot better).

Who needs AC/DC or something else to motivate you when you have that man telling you that the "vast majority" of the membership of the church have "never" had a manifestation of the HG in their lives...ever.
