Grace x 2. 30 x 135# clean and press double header.
Round 1: 4:58
Round 2: 5:56
Hadn't done Grace in a while, just a little disappointed that I couldn't pull it out a bit faster. Exactly 5 minute rest between rounds.
That's a good WOD. You should have saved it for next week when you're in charge.

i'm going to do this tonight before bjj. going to do it with 185lbs.
regardless, those are pretty good grace times dude! :-)
Those would be good times with 185# or 225#.
For some reason getting a Grace time(good or bad) is much more satisfying than completing a ladder.
i did a 6 mile run today outside.
i might do this wod tonight or tomorrow morning.
