No gas in the tank by the time I hit the press. My previous PR is 145. Just one of those days where I need to rest for a bit. Just a bit fatigued.
I do feel stronger in the shoulders. I can strict press the 70#kb for reps now. In the past I couldn't do even one. I think once I rest I can get more.
did the dead lift max last night, don't think my back is up to doing C&J's. however, i'll do the bench press tonight...haven't done heavy bench in a looong time.

Yes, BA, we've missed you.
I bounced a couple of emails back and forth to homer today. We were reminiscing about the old days when he used to kick our butt on the wods.
He has kind of fallen off his training schedule, he needs a good goal, something to shoot for.

I might have been able to get 275# up...but it's always a little scary w/o someone spotting me. I'm pleased 265#, for now.
Friday was a beautiful day here...50 degrees and sunny. ran 2.5 hours for a wod. even got some good chafage out of it.

i've lost some strenght in the bench, put i'll take it with the ability to do a faster helen,fran, etc.
315# is no small amount BA.
