That's a lot of weight big boy. I tried 155# the other day and I could get it up, but on the way down I couldn't stop it and it rolled right down my back. I'm liking that snatch grip push press from behind the neck.

Not enough recovery to do the muscleup/pullup thingy today. My arms are still crying from the bench press/deadlift wod yesterday.
I must have missed this post...yesterday (Wed.) I did the jackie wod instead of the naylor wod: 1000m row (4:00) + 50 45 lb press + 30 pullups (subbed jumping pullups) = time of 10:39.
+ 2xfarmers walk w/ 35/45 plates x 100 m per arm.
i had to rest on wed...body was screaming at me.
Muscleup sprints:

Max rep strict presses at 95#: 17. Could have pumped out a couple of more, but we're still in a freezing pattern, especially my bars, and hands were stinging by 17.
Instead of the pull-ups, I did 100 k2e, untimed.
