245# was my old pr.

I hate heavy back squats. Clearly my least favorite movement. Right up there with burpees.

Mostly I dislike because what do you do if you fail?

Also did:
1x60 air squat - :59 seconds
1x60 air squat - :54 seconds

These were my warmup and cool down sets before and after the back squat sets.

25x70#kb strict shoulder press, gtg style. All single reps done throughout the day.

1x235, 255, 265, 275

i stopped it at 275, which is a new max for me (up from 265).

I warmed up with 1/2 mile of accelerations + 2 x 1k. First was done is 4:28, 2nd in 4:39.

squats for me are the same way...not the most favorite. OH squats are most least favorite...mainly because i am so not flexible which has caused much pain and injury.
