WOD 1-9-9

From Crossfit main site THURSDAY 090108

Ten rounds for time of:
3 Weighted Pull-ups, 45 pounds
5 Strict Pull-ups
7 Kipping Pull-up

For weighted pull-ups place a 45 pound dumbbell between the legs above crossed ankles and jettison the dumbbell after third rep and continue with strict pull-ups and then the kipping pull-ups. Coming off the bar or going to ground constitutes termination of a set.

Post time and number of sets to completion.

1 completed set as rx'd
9 completed as 3 weighted pullups-reset-5 strict pullups-reset-7 kipping pullups. I dropped weight down to 30# on the weighted pulls after the 4th round.

10 completed via digging real deep. strict pulls were abandoned after the 4th round. Mixed in a few jumping pulls here and there.

This was one rugged bugger.
