Jake:
round 1: 45#
round 2: 65#
round 3: 65#
Round 4: 65#
Round 5: 75#
Round 6: 75#

6 total rounds, I hate ohs. Clearly my worst movement, wrists ache, shoulders get sore......

Tabata on treadmill performed at 9mph and 7% incline.

Chris:
6 round + 10 ohs. All ohs at 45#.
Not bad for first timer on ohs.

Tabata started at 9mph and 7% incline, hung in there solid through 4 rounds then slowed down to 7.5mph and 3% incline finishing solidly. He was toasted, laid on the ground withering for 15 minutes post tabata. He said he wants more.

#1: 7 rounds of ohs and situps. Did ohs at 45 lbs. My shoulder has rested this last month and all noticable pain in my rotater cuff has disappered.

did kb swing tabata at 53 lbs: 72.

#2 i might be able to do today.

Welcome back berble. I didn't even know you were having shoulder pain.

yeah...i atribute the pain to some damage i felt during ice chipping from last winter and then during the year with the oh squats, i think i was too aggresive and strained my rotater cuff.

it feels much better now.
