I'm excited for this one! anyone have a goal for most reps? i feel like a little competition is in order suckas!!!
I'll gladly post first since I will likely bring up the rear on this one.
7 wonderful rounds.
The CJ is still an iffy exercise with my thumb, but it held up. It was about -10 in my garage and even with gloves and athletic tape all over the bar, my middle, ring and little finger on each hand were totally numb by the time I was done. I even had a propane heater on behind me to warm them up in between rounds, but it did no good and only helped me get carbon monoxidized between rounds.
Sheesh...brutally cold.
1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,5=40
Done with fatbar, my hands were also icebergs. It was -10 today when I did it. I couldn't go pee for about an hour because I couldn't undo my zipper.
1,2,3,4,5,6,7,6 = 34
jake...i thought you had a heater in your garage?
hey BA, if you can't surpass 12 then we need to remove the BA name tag and give it to the hammer. it takes some "huevos real" to do these wod's outside in the winter in Maine.
Berb, I don't do it outside. It's in a garage, though it's drafty enough to feel like it's outside at times.
dude, i have a whole new respect for you crazy suckas!
i did this WOD last night and completed 10 rounds...10th round was done in 45 seconds. i was able to get rounds 6-8 done within 25 seconds, but rounds 9 and 10 started to get to me!
that was an awesome wod!!!
oh btw, i've had 7 consecutive 80 degree days. hehe
