i had a couple guys come over and one of them could not do cleans, due to a messed up shoulder and the other just had really bad form. it was going to take all night to correct it. so, we decided on Farmer sprints again.
one dude is 275lbs and the other is 250...they make a 70lb kb look light. LOL
i was hoping to do saturday's wod after, but was too tired. i got a couple of rounds in before the farmer runs. i'll take a stab at it tonight.

I was out of town this weekend, drove up to sacramento on thursday night to see a buddy graduate from the chp academy.

Tried and failed. My thumb was having none of it...that and my feet were too numb to walk.
I might start wearing boots like Jake does to be able to keep up and keep my toes from freezing.
