did monster last night in 10:47...i need to grease the groove again on the ring dips! i was burning out fast. i ripped through the first set of power cleans in under 30 seconds, so you can see that the dips messed me up!

This will be my WOD today.
I had the privilege of shoveling out of another snowstorm. This time it was 7-8 inches of snow + a nice 1/2" to 3/4" layer of ice on top of the snow. That was a pain in my B A.
dude, you whooped me! i seriously burnt out on the dips...i realized that i have been slacking on the rings lately.
i applied for a job out in boise, but i won't hear anything for a couple of months.
I did the push jerk. Weights were low, but I'm working on the behind the neck method...never done it before, so thought I'd start greasing that groove today thanks to Rippetoe's video from yesterday.
