I'm proud to report that I experienced Zero right knee pain...not sure if it's because of the time off from squats or the rock hard inserts I put in my shoes to stabilize my foot and keep it from supinating, whichever, I'm just glad it held up.

I then followed the WOD with a drink of 2 raw eggs mixed with a little maple syrup and a couple of bites of Kimchi.

My legs were locking up after the 4th set...it was that cold in there...because I couldn't keep myself warm. I had to run in place for a minute before the 5th set just to loosen up enough to finish the last set.

i did the jerk ladder last night. man, i remember those cold days in maine, you guys are tough son of a guns...seriously.

did 100yd sprints with the 70lb and 53lb KB's last night.

5 rounds
sprint 50yds, turn around switch hands and sprint back. did it 27 seconds.

felt a nice "POP!" on the back of my left knee on the final round...pretty tight today, but we'll see.

You need to enter a strong man competition, you'd teach those dudes a lesson that they'd never remember.
