Tuesday



Pyramid to 15 (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc) of:
(1) Pull ups
(2) Press (Strict on rounds 1-9, Push or OHS on rounds 10-15). You choose the weight, but don't be a wimp, and the MINIMUM must be at least 100#.

I only made it to 8...did the first 8 rounds in 6:46 @ 120# with the fat bar...by then my hands and feet were too numb from the bar and the concrete floor to move. I've been inside for 20+ minutes and they're still numb.

8 rounds = 36 reps
15 rounds = 120 reps

You were almost 1/3rd of the way done man! I do know what you mean, I'm wearing heavy insulated gloves and my fingers still get cold. You've New Englanders get 15 degrees colder than me, so I can't imagine what it would be like.

These pyramids are very deceiving, they're almost as bad as burpees. Maybe we should do burpee pyramids and get the best of both worlds.

i did it untimed...too many guys, not enough bars, just worked in with everyone.

we did 50yd sprints to warm up...man, you forget how good of a workout just sprinting as fast as you can.
