I've hit every wod, it's true. I'm injury/sickness free as well. I don't get sick, ever. If I do you will know something major is wrong. I've got my diet figured out to where my immune system is the best it's ever been. Hear me now and believe me later: Raw eggs and kefir are where it's at.
The only problem is that I'm the weakest and slowest one of us all. You dudes take months and weeks off and still come back and kick my butt.
My times have stagnated, I feel stronger, but I get out of breath way more easily. I need Tommy and Naylor to really prescribe some classic massacre wods.

Monday: Wod
Tuesday: rest day
Wednesday: rest day
Thursday: rest day
1 day on 3 day off, that's what I'm talking about!
you're mouth needs a rest.
dude, that better be a carrot!
i'm back! for reals this time...december was a lame month of sickness.
We've missed the B A. It was real boring there for a while.
Look closer at the carrot, it has vertical wrinkles. Carrots don't wrinkle that way....
I'll believe it when I see it BA.
You've become a W A. MUAHAHAHAH.
The only thing about the Ant that has gotten stronger has been his mouth. He's about as mouthy as they come lately.
As a matter of fact, the Ant is the one due for an injury or major sickness now.
May the hammer crush your soul (and mouth) in an expeditious manner!
ahh its an orange finger! last night i did 400m farmer walks with the 70 and 53lbs KBs...pulled a 2:57. i can't remember what my pr is on that one.
also, i started monday night at 217lbs and yesterday weighed in at 209...just from cutting out sugar. i'm going to try to get down to 195.
