This was painful...I came in to recuperate, laid down on the floor and work up 2 hours later.

It is so nice to hear that you get sore as well, I thought that you was indestructable.

I wasn't sore yesterday, but my back muscles are sore, not the typical lower back soreness, but nice middle of the back soreness. It feels good.

You work up 2 hours later?

This is a wod that we should make as a roming standard. Like the Naylor. One of our benchmarks.

Maybe we should make a list of our benchmark wods and put them out to the side of the blog with the best times for each or the top time listed, although if we only list the top time, Naylor would be top in everything. We're still miles behind that dude.

I laid down on the floor at 11:15pm, writhing in agony and the next thing I knew was that it 1:15am, and freezing on a hard floor.
