Ladders

2 ladders, your choice of order.

Can take as long a break in between the two as you want.

(1) Push-ups. Perform 5 push-ups the 1st minute, 10 the 2nd, 15 the 3rd, 20 the 4th, 25 the 5th, etc...till you run out of time.
(2) Pull-ups. Perform 1 pull-up the 1st minute, 2 the second minute and so on.

Pull-ups: 11 rounds + 5 = 71 total
Push-ups: 7 rounds + 20 = 160 total

Yes, I'm weak. I might try a second round later today.

70# kb press
right arm
1,2,3,4,5,6,7,7=35

left arm
1,2,3,4,4=14

3 presses per arm were strict, the rest were push presses.

My first day back posting and you're already ignoring my WODs. Well done.

I was poking fun at the ant for doing his own WOD after he spent all week complaining that he was out of WOD ideas and wanted someone else to take over. My first day on duty he's still doing his own thing.
