I thought it was bench press and pullup and my arms are still roasted from earlier in the week, there's no way I could have done that wod. I didn't see the bp/swing combo until just now.... bummer.

Me and Chris went through the deep squat technique, Chris did perfect squats on this wod. He got well below parallel, It's the first time we've spent the time and did the squats right. A big breakthrough in my opinion.
Naylor, Chris is heading back to Banning California soon, in March as a matter of fact. You two need to hook up and continue his education. He needs to be instructed in the finer points of the farmer walk.

That was rough. Benches just don't lend themselves to fast WODs - either that or I'm an ant.
