6 wonderful raw eggs post wod. Do not underestimate the power of raw.

Many people’s diets are deficient in high quality proteins and fats, and eggs are one the very best sources of these. Raw eggs have many benefits, they contain essential nutrients for the brain, nerves, glands and hormones, they are nutritionally balanced, and we highly recommend the addition of raw eggs to your nutritional programme. The sulphur amino acids help to keep you young, raw eggs also contain an abundance of other vital substances including protein, essential fatty acids along with niacin, riboflavin, biotin, choline, vitamins A, D and E, magnesium, potassium, phosphorous, manganese, iron, iodine, copper, zinc and sulphur. Egg yolks are one of the few foods that contain vitamin D.

More:
Organic eggs are power packed with significant quantities of the following healthy nutrients:

Healthy protein and fat
Vitamins A, D, B12, B2, Niacin, and Folic Acid
Lutein and zeaxanthin, which are yellow or orange carotenoids that reduce the risk of cataracts and age-related macular degeneration
Choline, which is a nutrient that is essential to normal cell structure and function and proper signaling between regular cells and nerve cells

3 x 85#
3 x 105#
3 x 130# (fat bar)
3 x 150# (fat bar)
4 x 170# (fat bar)

Moved to the fat bar to keep my tape job on my other bar from going to crap...the hardest part remains getting the weight up. Once up, I'm fine holding it there and squatting...it's just getting the press portion done.
