Rest Day

Chest to bar pullup ladders:

1,2,3,4,5,6,7,3=31
1,2,3,4,5,6,3=24
1,2,3,4,5,6,6=27
Total=82

Used the bar hanging by chains method, so they were mostly strict.

I've really got to get my pullup back. I've gained 30# since the 50 mile race and it shows on my pullups, it's like doing pullups with a constant 30# kettlebell hanging off of me. I now know what you large brutes are going through with the pullups.

Pullups are one of the movements guaranteed to come up at the games qualifier, I don't even know if I can do 20 consecutive anymore.
