Some catch-up posting here...internet and phone haven't been functioning all too well this week. Try calling me - you'll see what I'm dealing with, among other things:
Monday: strict press work...throughout the morning. Did 160# cold turkey later in the evening.
Tuesday:
BP: 20x205#
Dips: 20
Push Press work: not sure what weight I used, though.
Wednesday:
L-sit pull-up ladder + some
Ladder: 10 rounds + 10 (65 total)
Rounded out the day doing another 35 for 100 total L-sit pull-ups - wasn't as sore as I thought I'd be, but was sore through Friday.
Thursday:

Friday:
Nada
Saturday Morning:
Pull-up Ladder: 10 rounds + 5 (60 total).
Saturday Evening:
DL + BP Heavy
DL: 5x225#, 5x275#, 3x325#, 3x350#, 1x390#
BP: 5x205#, 5x215#, 5x225#, 3x235#, 1x245#
Could have done more of either, had I only did one of them today, but wanted to get both of them in.
