I did another swinging tabata. Overhead style, 88 total reps, I averaged 11 per 20 second set. The single armers are definitely faster, but the two arm overhead style are harder.
I'm missing my barbells. I also screwed my knee up doing some high box jumps at a rest area, compound that with some other stupid things I've been experimenting with recently and now I have to lay off my knee for a while. I can't squat or run, both of which I had been planning on doing during the trip.
Now I'm stuck doing pushups, situps, swings or strict kb presses.
