A couple of breaks on the others, but moved along as fast as possible.

We subbed 45# squats in place of SDHP due to my still recovering from naylor/elizabeth.

Did it w/o tools at work...

Did 100 push + 75 sits = 2:30

Going to repeat that one more time today. Might try the HSPUs when there's no one else here to hear my feet on the wall.
