One of these wods where I had no gas in the tank. Made the mistake of eating like a vegetarian lately and I think it came back to haunt me. Either that or the 316 pushups yesterday did it. I'm eating a cow for dinner tonight, yes the whole thing.
Seriously, though, that was a brutal time. First round was done in 1:20, the next two were in 4:00 and 3:00, then the last two took were about 3:30/each.
That was a rugged wod, I was sore everywhere. My whole body groaned from that beauty. I took off saturday and sunday and I'm just beginning to feel normal.
I think it was the swing/deadlift combo. Too much of the same muscle groups involved.
I'm glad you finished, I was thinking that you'd crush my time. What was it that wiped you? Out of breath or just plain old heavy?
