Tabata treaddy style: 9mph, 7% incline.

Goal is to do 2 per week. I hate these things. I need to get up to 10 mph. I'm going to have to punish myself so I'm ready for the altitude in Denver.

i did saturdays death workout. i am sure feeling this one today. first round in 1:58, finished at 19:46. had only a 40 lb kb at the gym, so i just made due, all other weights were as Rx'd.

good wod.
