Well done Jake.

That killed my arms - they still feel empty. I decided to double up on WODs - 1 tonight + 2 tomorrow to see I could match you. I think I'm already regretting that...

Did this at:
15:19 - but, not as rx'd. Did the first 8 presses @ 155lb, then did the remaining 42 @ 135lb. I could barely get 6 - 7 - and 8 up at 155#; it was ugly.

Jake, you need a new name fitting of your style. Army Ant is more a propos.

Yes, I liked it as well. I kept thinking that the next round I'd drop down to 135, but I never did. I really liked how it torched my arms.
