Wednesday - 11122008



Warm-up: Max push-up in 2 minutes. Max situps in 2 minutes, max dead hang pull-up in 2 minutes, then:

5 rounds of:

Max Bodyweight Bench Press in 1 minute
Rest 1 minute
Max Pull ups in 1 minute
Rest 1 minute

Notes:
You can do multiple sets within the minute.

Had to modify due to only having one bench and 3 people.

The AM Crew did 2 minutes max reps of pullups, pushups, 115# press, situps. In hindsight we probably should have done 2 rounds.

press: 13(all strict)
*the pushups killed my pullupability.

press: 12
pullups: 48
situps: 62
pushups: 60

Chris:
pullups: 40
situps: 67
press: 10
pushups: 67

Completed in the order listed.

I also did a front squat routine at lunch.

Modified it once again...

I did:

Bench: 3 x 195, 205, 215, 225 and 235lbs

That breaks down to 6 BP @ BW and 9 BP @ 225lbs

Then I did a DL/Ring Dip Routine -

5 rounds
10 x 135lb DL
10 x Ring Dip
