I can't get no satisfaction. Everything was hard. I feel like a big woose.
I can pushup all day long, but on the last set I broke up the 20 reps into 10, 6, 4. The last 4 were harder than the first 80 pushups.
Usually there is something easy in a wod, not today, it was all hard.
5 rounds of 5 pull-ups, BW bench and 155lb DL...
...8:52. I had to take several breaks to unthaw my hands...freezing out there in the garage.
we did 5 bw dl, 5 pullups, and 5 .5 weighted push ups.
