Warm-up: Max push-up in 2 minutes. Max situps in 2 minutes, max dead hang pull-up in 2 minutes, then:
5 rounds of:
Max Bodyweight Bench Press in 1 minute
Rest 1 minute
Max Pull ups in 1 minute
Rest 1 minute
Notes:
You can do multiple sets within the minute.

Had to modify due to only having one bench and 3 people.
The AM Crew did 2 minutes max reps of pullups, pushups, 115# press, situps. In hindsight we probably should have done 2 rounds.
