C2B 20# Vest.

One of my new fav's. That last mile run was intense. I'd forgotten what endorphins felt like. It was so hard.

I performed this at windy city Crossfit in Chicago. Pullups were incredibly hard in that vest. I'm sore all over today. There were about 60 entrants, only 6 or 7 used the 20 # vest. it was a lot of fun. I can see why people do this. You don't do it to get a good time, you do it because it's a battle and it's a great workout.

great job smalls! it's pretty cool to see that you are landing in the top 1/4 in events now.

i am back in the saddle again...at least by way of crossfit.

Monday i did the crossfit main site wod for sunday, did 3 rounds of 75 lb thrusters x 21(true 75lbers) w/ 21 lb kb swings. Each round was about 5 to 6 minutes. the quads were aching afterwards.

Tuesday i did the cindy modified. since i still lack a qualified pull up bar, i did 5-135 lb push press(true 135 lbs, warren was correct, my bar does only weigh 35lbs), 10 sit ups, 15 squats. my quads were still very tight, so this morning they are just shot. it makes me realize that the pain is only there due to the fact to that i have slacked off my wods. the push press feels good though. lindsey jumped in half way through. i did 8 rounds in 20 mins and lindsey did 9.
