Deck of cards for time - do number on card of:
Round 1:
Hearts = Pull-ups
Spades = Ring Dips
Diamonds = Kettlebell Swing @ 70lb (each arm must do the number)
Clubs = DL @ 225lbs
Jokers = 20 x 135lb Push-Press
Notes:
Have fun! Move as fast as possible through the decks. Jack = 11, Queen = 12, King = 13. Ace = 15. Post your time for each deck.

Never mind. I didn't understand that we go through the whole deck. That's 52 freaking cards!!!!!
You can do it...I think it'll go by faster than you think.
Did it a little differently...I don't think we have a deck of cards in the whole house and didn't realize that until this morning.
So, I did:
Strict Press: 3 x 85, 95, 105, 115, 125, 135 and 145.
All of them were strict.
Then I did a DL/Ring Dip routine:
5 rounds -
10 x 135lb DL
10 x Ring Dip
145 strict? you brute. Geez man!
AM crew did the deck of cards things. We divided into teams and as a team we completed them together. We split the deck in half and did 2 rounds.
Team 1:
round 1: 9:30
round 2: 8:45
Team 2:
round 1: 12:00
round 2: dnf/----
deadlifts killed team 2.
Did front squat routine today at lunch:
135x3
165x3
185x3
195x1
205x1
165x5
My legs seem to be liking the low rep thing. I have to work against rounding the back on the heavier weights. It's like the back just caves to hold it together.
I just gotta say that that fat kid is nasty to look at.
