Modification due to not being able to squat.
Jake: 4 rounds of 400m run, 5 muscle ups. Time: 13:50
Josh: 4 rounds of 400m run, 15 pullups. Time 14:40
Luther: 4 rounds of 400m run, 15 barbell thrusters. Time 14:50


Post Wod I ran an additional 400m run. Time 1:20. Also did 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 of chest to bar pullups. Hopefully my legs will be back to normal soon.

how is that you are able to run so fast, but unable to do a partial squat for a clean?

did a morning treadmill tabata at 6.8.

also attempted Fridays WOD but was still in a fasting state and just had no energy. Completed 2 full rounds in 7 minutes.

I felt good enough to run at the time but it was probably a bad idea because now I can barely stand. It's a good muscle soreness.
