50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

ah, the filthy fifty...the first time i tried this wod i met pukie, shook his hand and then he punched me the face.

what about the box jumps? between homer and me the last 2 weeks have been a marathon of box jumps.

give us some weird stuff. maybe...the bear...or, who knows...just pick something off the wall that will suprise us all. i liked the floor wipes...i couldn't hardly do them, but they sure were original.

...this is only my 2nd time doing the Filthy. I subbed good mornings for back extensions.

I got 37:24 on my first attempt, but didn't do the doubleunders. This time, I did everything and just squeezed in under 30.

homer prescribes this nasty wod and then doesn't post his time. i want to see your time homes!!!!!!!!!! prescribing burpees galore and 50 knees to elbows that's punishment. i will never get on your case for posting wod's late if you never make us do burpees again.

do you realize that you can only do about 12 burpees per minute? so it takes at least 5 minutes to do just the burpees, that's miserable and then another 5 minutes for knees to elbows.

way to go charles. you beat 30 minutes on this beast. someday we will get under 20 minutes.

I have no idea how you guys got below 30 minutes. I was doing pretty good until I hit the knees to elbows and the burpees.

sorry-keep forgetting to podt 29:52 bruthas-- I alwys felt the burpee was the staple to crossfit- Naylor introduced them to me.
