Naylor is hereby dubbed the new beast. He beat everyone on the Nancy by 2+ minutes, and crushed everyone on the modded Helen by nearly 4 minutes.
Stay at the wedding, eat lots and lots of cake, ice cream and whatever else is had at weddings...then come back all out of whack. We'd all appreciate it.
yes chuck everything i do is special. at least i can start pushing it in the wod's now that i have some competition. i had to give you a couple of freebies just so that you'd get off my back. but now i can go to town. we do have the advantage. naylor's soreness should be catching up about now and that should slow him down. if he's not sore, he's definitely the man.
no soreness yet, DOMS will more than likely hit me as i'm trying to walk around in that freakin rented monkey suit they try to pass off as a tux!
