Monday - 060208 - WOD #1

Nancy (for time)

5 rounds of:
400m run
15 x 95lb OH Squat

Remember, part of the Bruce Lee week requires us all to (1) give up sugar (no more cookies Jake), (2) "early to bed, early to rise", (3) give up anything else we need to.

FYI - There will be 5 WODs this week...with a day off (likely Thursday) for rest.

Nancy: 16:49. only used 45lbs for the oh squat. whimpy i know.

The runs killed me. The last one took about 1:55 and I was still left panting after that monumental effort.

Homer, Berb, Naylor...where are you?

tommy, that was a beastly effort. i'm in awe......95lbs and still get that time. man, way to go. you will get the honorary bruce lee award for today. unless homer, berb or naylor bust out with something special. you really have to pump those squats out to get that time.

Homer...that's what you said about last Friday's WOD as well, but we never heard from you!

20:09, and it really hurt. I have never done an oh squat before in a workout. My head was spinning afterwards, but I am very happy to say that my knee didn't bother me at all for the first time since the race.
