The first 21 were tough...my shoulders felt tight and uncomfortable, but once they loosened up things went well. Not nearly as tough as a typical Fran.
After a short rest, I then did 3 rounds of 10 ring push-ups and 10 135lb OHS.
last night i did the main site thursday wod: last night Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of: 15 Push-ups 12 Ring dips 115 pound Push-press, 9 reps
got 8 rounds done, really struggled with this one. i think my last three nights of workouts really trashed my triceps. today is a much needed rest day
