back is too sore to do CFT, did angie tonight instead. i had 4 guys show up from my EQ to work out.
don't know if i mentioned before, but i have about 8 different guys from my quorum show up at any given night to workout...good times!

You're a beast. Where in the heck did you come from? Do you realize your CFT would have put you 2nd at the CF Games last year and only 50lbs behind the winner?

thanks bud. my cft has definitely gone down since i haven't been able to do squats, deadlifts or realy lift anything over my head for about 5 months.
